Wastea Now Leather
"Wastea" is a vegan leather type
from processing tea wastes.
How It's Made
1) Tea Production
Tea plants grow in high altitude, cool places and are collected and passed to the production stage.
2) Dry Waste Collection
The consumed tea wastes are collected and recycled.
3) Processing Waste
The collected wastes are processed to be converted into leather.
4) Adding SCAY-U or BIO-PU
Adding Scay-U and Bio-Based Polyurethane into the wastes.
5) Coating
Then lamination and coating processes are carried out.
6) Finishing
Then starting finishing, test and quality control in the last step.
